Nando's Somerset Mall (Permanently Closed)

Call Nandos to tell them I received the full of black dry wedges. And size of chicken is very small.
The manager sounded doesn’t care at all.
She tell me she doesn’t have driver .So there is noting she can do. I must drive back myself for new one.
Her attitude is very bad. Sounds like no her business at all.

They have stepped up their game!! Really well impressed with the service. Lately we have never had an incorrect order or sat waiting for ages. The chef gets the chicken perfect and always adds lashings of extra sauce!

Small fast food outlet selling a variety of delicious Portuguese chicken dishes. It takes about 30 minutes for your meal to be ready but the food is really worth the wait.

The service was horrible. The food was good though. But service goes a long way and I will not be coming back to this Nandos again. Unprofessional staff, had to summon (more than one) for assistance. Manager was nonchalant about a query we had... Just all out unpleasant. Had another customer there that also had issues and he was treated unprofessionally.

I went to Somerset Mall for some shopping
Lots of variety and then needed lunch. The Nando's was really good. The staff were really helpful and friendly and took their time to explain the menu. Then if you eat in they give you a buzzer to alert you when the food is ready but on top of the alert the food is also delivered to your table just after. So cool

Food was warm, takeaway didn't take long and the queue was nice and short. Very convenient if you're hungry.

Also killer peri-wedges. Just amazing, but a tad over seasoned though.

Absolute pathetic service on a month-end saturday! Only 1 person serving new customers! Had to ask them to clean a filthy dirty table! Charging R12 for 1 extra breadroll! No hand sanitiser to be seen. This is disgusting service!
