A bit annoyed. A shoe was marked R359 or something... I took the shoe and asked the assistant for a size 9...he then told me that the shoe is actually R799 and that a customer probably changed the price... Lame excuse but I was in no mood to claim my right as a consumer... That the price I see is the price I pay... I buy at MrPsport all the time and is my favorite sports shop... But this was an annoying interaction...

Terrible and slow service from Mr Price Sport Somerset Mall. They were running a promotion at the time with large signs of the promotion all over the store. Not one of the employees knew about the promotion and when they contacted the store manager, he was unhelpful and told us to call helpdesk. Waited more than 40min to make our payment and leave the store

I honestly came in with a positive energy and walk out feeling negative i did buy me just one item but the client services was dull the lady that helped me couldn't even open her mouth really dnt know if she was tired or the quiet type but client services was poor and could've been so much better.

Come in to do some shopping -needed to change my babies nappy. Absolutely shocked in the condition of the handicap/baby changing room condition and the smell????! I have no words....think the picture says it all!

I like that the Mr Price Home and Sport is co-located. Makes life a bit easier of you want to visit both.
