Loyalty doesn't mean you get good service in return. Paid for an uber to drop me off after they said the bike is ready for pickup. It wasnt ready. As a broke student, I couldnt afford another uber,. Had to walk 2 hours to get home. They also ''fixed'' my bike several times and the same issue re-occurred time after time. My neighbour fixed the bike himself and was appalled at the state of the mechanic's work.

Complete disregard for my property.

I had a bad experience with Mad Max Somerset West. I sent in my off-road motorcycle to get fix up and made like new. There was not much wrong with my bike just a few small things. They too more or less than 5 months to complete my bike. They tell me it took so long because they have bad staff who just up and left. But that is still not an excuse for taking so long with my bike. Now some time later I have finally received my bike and I'm still finding thing they didn't do correctly. I am just so tired of paying people money and they still can't do a job correctly. Even though it is a big company they still don't look after their customers.

The team went the extra mile to assist with an issue on my bike, they kept me informed on the progress. Very happy with Mad Macs team.

Excellent place, great atmosphere with qualified personnel.
Shop does not have much to choose in terms of accessories like jackets and helmets, but the bikes selection is very decent.
Recommended place to buy new and second hand bikes, as well as service your bike.
