Great hospitality and ambience. Food was awesome and so was our host. Overlooking a golf course @ the Golf Village.

Great customer service and very nice environment. They serve the best pizza and have great selection of wine

Very decent happy hour Monday to Friday. Foods a tad on the pricey side for what you get and the waiters need to be trained on when it's acceptable to take your plates and wipe your table. Otherwise nice venue if you can tolerate the smokers

Had lunch there on Monday. We have not been in a long time and met the new owner. He was quick to tell us he was busy sorting out the restaurant and that he had another restaurant ( different franchise which was working well). He then disappeared never to be seen again. To put into perspective we were the only table inside and from what I could see the only table ordering food. Outside tables were having drinks only.
Service was slow, waiter had attitude, lady behind the bar counter was falling asleep, staff on their mobile phones and so the list goes on.
I had to return my meal and order something new which said crispy bacon with the pasta but it could not have been further from crispy.
My wife ordered Recco pasta with prawns, same as my mother. Both meals looked disgusting and the prawns were soft and almost looked black. My wife has been having massive stomach cramps and running to the toilet for the last 36 hours. Food poisoning is not a nice thing to have to go through.
I don’t think I will ever go there again and will consider ever visiting a Primi again.

I loved my visit to Primi Somerset West! The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome and special when they heard that I was visiting from Joburg. We only had milkshakes but it was absolutely divine! The Espresso and Chocolate Brownie milkshakes are definitely a must have!!

Interesting menu and the guys are super friendly and helpful. Seating is spacious and the atmosphere is vibey without being too loud. Try the cocktails! It's not a super big variety, but worthwhile.
