Today I ordered a boxmaster but got a piece of chicken the size of a matchbox in the wrap. The time before this one I tried to pay for my drive through order and the cashier was not at the window. I had to get out and pay inside. Well done KFC, you have lost my business for good.

Changing my review after we were told, it takes 1.5 hrs after load shedding for them to serve again. Walked over the the other fast food restaurant that is equipped for power outages and had my lunch there.

They hardly ever have icecream, which you only find out after spending a considerable time in the drive thru. And why when its loadshed are most KFC'S unavailable?

The staff members are very very friendly. The food was made very quickly. It was delicious.. Very fresh and not too oily.. I really enjoyed the meal I had there.. And the fact that it is very clean is a bonus.

Place was clean. Staff were polite. This was also my first time trying dunked chicken which is special to South African KFCs apparently. Nice!

I bought two dunk twisters first issue, my second box had only 5 chips in the packet and the size comparison you have to the 500ml bottle is false advertising. the twister is less than half the size of that what is displayed on the picture false advertising. Now to compare I had that same twister but from stellenbosh and the product is as it is displayed on the advertisement. Sanctuary KFC deserve a very low rating due to quality of the product provided it is not properly executed, I had to pay full price for half a twister and 5 chips in the one. This felt more like theft than a mistake. Get it right
