My place of happiness!!! I've never felt unwelcome at my gym(The Sanctuary) its great how you feel part of the family, they greet you by name and never miss a goodbye, enjoy your day further when you leave. Most amazing staff, instructors and personal trainers. I especially love my Zumba classes with Romy, and Simone's awesome step classes.. Never a unfriendly staff member and talk about helpful., they are tops. Great work The Sanctuary!!!!!! ????

Gym is always clean and tidy. Equipment is new and staff are friendly and helpful. Reconmend grid class and spin class with Neline Dippenaar.

Staff excellent Love the gym ....your HQ staff (complaints) is terrible unfriendly and yust not what one would expect

This was at Thaisan restaurant. The nicest cashew beef dish with green veggies and egg rice. Really enjoyed this food and can highly recommend their sushi platters.

Neat gym, equipment sanitized frequently by visitors and staff. Limited space and can get a bit crowded in the evenings during the week. Weekends, its a bit quieter.
