I am so impressed with the service I received this morning. The baristas are just lovely - super friendly and professional. They suggested the "chocolate frio" and it was delicious!
I will most DEFINITELY try more of their delicious drinks in the near future.????????
I asked permission to take a photo of them and they were super stars! ⭐⭐ They made my morning just that much better with their amazing personalities and exceptional service. Thank you! ❤️
Wheelchair parking available right at the entrance where vida e caffè is situated. There are also tables available to sit at if you want to grab a quick bite to eat.

Bad service. Ran out of ice 11o clock in the morning. When I asked how long it will take to get new ice, they told me the manager is in the mall????u200d♀️. I had a Discovery voucher for 5 smoothies and asked them to phone their Waterstone branch to find out if their Discovery scanner is working again ( was off line yesterday) and they then said that they do not have their number and that only the manager can assist me but........ He went to the mall. So disappoining and waist of my time. Their attetude was so so bad.

The staff there is so friendly and cute they know what i order and how i like it...very impressive

The staff doesn't understand a simple order and the barista feels the need to talk over one when I was trying to explain my order. After they clearly got frustrated with my order, the management wanted to charge me R6 extra just for the cup, yes that correct R6 just for the cup. I have been at many Vida shops across the African continent but this one is by far the most disrespectful with the poorest service.

I cannot understand how a company who’s primary product being coffee can be so consistently bad.

When I place an order for a double flat white and repeat the order 3 times, I do not expect to get the incorrect coffee. I was charged a different price that was shown. Then I was only told that they did not have the correct papercup size and that was why the cost was more. Only after I left I realized it was not what I ordered. Not good enough to get me back for another coffee.
