I visited this branch as a last resort after an unresolved issue with Vodacom had me in tears since August of last year.
I was promised assistance - my problem is still not resolved.
I was promised feedback - I have not heard of you since the day I visited the shop.
I followed advice to write a review on Hello Peter- I am still in the dark.
More empty promises. I don't even know what to say

Perfect customer service, Friendly staff. Been there to upgrade twice and was done in a few minutes without any problems. Probably the best store in the Helderberg area.

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE!!!!!!! NO ONE TO CONTACT ME REGARDING MY UPGRADE! The guy that helped us on Friday promised to came back on Monday! NOTHING!!!!!! I phoned today asked him to phone me back as Wendy was on another call, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
