The Clicks is relatively small, but they stock most items. The Pharmacy has always been able to assist me with my scripts. If they don't have stock, they order and within a day or two they contact me to collect. The Pharmacist is always very friendly and helpful. She gives me great advice. I also enjoy the fact that they are smaller and thus not THAT busy. No long queues or waiting time. Nothing bad to say about them. ????????

Now this isn't just a 1-star review from a disgruntled customer, this is a hopeful report from a concerned citizen. This pharmacy has a serious problem with chronic medication. Time and time again we have tried to aquire my father's heart medication from this branch due to its convenient location, but they just refuse to assist us. Its always a case of "your prescription is out of date" when we know full well that it isn't and that the Clicks just down the road has no problem with providing the medication. Please Click, get your act together and help your employees to help the customer. We ask for very little just what is ours.

I personally think this Clicks Pharmacy is understaffed. The pharmacy rarely answers their phones. You can consider yourself lucky when they do. They have an issue on prepping prescriptions when you request it telephonically and need it urgently.

I will never get this kind of service at my local pharmacy. I wish Clicks can make an effort to provide the same efficient service.

As we are not a fast food restaurant and dealing with the lives of people and I’m sure that when the pharmacist is busy with you or your loved ones, please revise your attitude when entering a pharmacy. As I said, as a pharmacist, we took an oath to first do no harm, thus, change your attitude and have some respect. We do the best we can!

I really want to be nice, but nothing I needed was in stock and I had to get generics, I had horrible back pain and had to wait for 20 minutes for 2 packs of over the counter medication. There was no drive behind their service and often when I come here the pharmacists have such horrid attitudes I actually DREAD picking my other prescription medication up.

The rest of the clicks is nice though? Why do the pharmacists have to behave so stiff. I’m sick and I’m in pain, if your system is slow surely you’d take that up with your superiors and do something about it..

Absolute worst customer service from the pharmacist. I received the wrong amount of antibiotics for my 9 months old girl. I have NEVER received antibiotics where you finish the bottle 100% there is always a little bit left!

Upset with the service I received at 15:45 today. The Clicks Protein Powder has moved and didn't have a price tag. They were running a promotion on it a few days before. After mentioning that the product doesn't have a price tag and asking whether the promo was still the case, the lady went to go check the shelf. I reminded her that there is no price or promo tag. She then returned saying "no". So I asked the price of a single tub, and followed her back to the shelf just to find her pointing at the Nutritech brand saying "that's all we have". I had to point out the Clicks brand to her. She then slowly proceeded to check the price of it, and realised they were indeed still running the promotion. Grossly lazy, fire u0026 rehire.
