A great place to take in the Afrikaans culture. A wide assortment of drinks and food. Beer is always the best choice , but they do have a selection of wines for the more sophisticated palate.

There is ample parking, but it can get busy over special occasions, I would recommend a taxi.

It is on the driving range so take a jacket if it’s winter. Its Cape Town. So take a jacket anyway.

Fantastic dining experience with great staff. They also have really good specials during the week.

Ordered a takeaway De Kelders pasta.

The food was okay, albeit extremely oily (oil started separating from the food while it was still hot), there were probably a total of five steak strips that had clearly been left alone too long. A very thrown together meal but not inedible.
Likely won't be ordering it again as I didn't expect the amount of oil to food ratio to be what it was. Takeaway cutlery would also be appreciated.

The hostess at the door was very friendly when I arrived and ensured I was called when my food was done.

Wait time was about 30 minutes, although I was informed it was 10 when I called. Not a train smash as I am nearby but could have been if I had to drive far out.

Would also recommend having the call operator ask for all the relevant information before attempting to hang up and me having to prompt her to ask for my name and provide an eta on food.

Though it’s value for money I was very disappointed in the breakfast. It took long to arrive and when I received it, it was cold. Nothing worse than cold eggs.

The waitress also informed me 20min before the arrival that the food was on its way. Not sure if it was left standing or what but I won’t be returning here for disappointment first thing in the morning.

I tried phoning this restaurant NUMEROUS times between 1:36PM and 3:17PM to make a booking today for the rugby match on Saturday and what really angers me is that every time I phoned your phone was engaged. This is so frustrating to try NUMEROUS times and not be able to get through. I don't mean to be unreasonable but how can you be on a phone for almost 2 hours. This is unfair to a customer like me who wants to get through and can't. Please rectify this problem for once and for all or I will never go to your restaurant.

Great food!! But difficult to find waiters when trying to order more drinks. Eventually found a waiter which took my drinks order, but only added it to the bill and never brought it to the table....

Always a great place for any meal, any time of the day! The food is absolutely delicious and affordable, the service is always good and keep a lookout for drink and food specials, because they always have special.
