Very spacious, neatly packed and friendly staff.big selection of pets and exotic animals. Has vet right next door and also a pet wash station. I always see passion for animals when I walk in there. You guys are doing great.

Staff are amazing and helpful.... I wish I got the ladies name that assisted... So awesome and these guys are super educated... They know their stuff. Thank you team you all are fantastic. Love my new baby and his cage and stuff.

Staff are always friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to assist with a smile . Pricing is fair and what a variety to choose from ! . All in all a great experience for the whole family. Plenty of parking aswell.

I am a regular at this store. Huge selection on aquarium equipment and a very healthy livestock selection as well. Their holding tanks are very well maintained which is always nice to see, they really do a lot of effort with the animals in their care and it is always a treat to see the parrots out and about. They also often have promotions so make sure to join their newsletter. Highly recommended.

Birds, bunnies, hamsters, tortoises, snakes, geckos... everything! I went for fish stuff... they didnt have guppy grass, but did they have fish!!!! Even fresh water shrimp! Cole, the sales guy was so patient and helpful! I ended up buying nothing, purely because I want to do my research and go back! Thank you Cole!

I never had the opportunity to meet Nadine or Guy but their managers Michael and Cassandra and staff are just wonderfull. This is definitely the place to go for live aquatic plants a tremendous range of fish and even a few Bear Hamsters and rats that were in "Quarantine" and of course the bunnies which are just the cutest. To me a measure of the salt of the business is the cleanliness of cages and in this store they are SUPER CLEAN you alway see someone cleaning surfaces and class tanks and parakeet covers. Well done on such an amazing range of food, treats and cat furniture too. The best kept pet store secret in Cape Town and well worth the drive from Cape Town. Definitely not to miss if ever in Somerset West or shopping at Somerset Mall.
