It's well-known, it's quick and it's accessible - right there, that's the recipe for this venue which high numbers of foot traffic and people at the drive through.

To speed things up, they (like many others) have implemented the self-order and payment system which could do with a UI clean-up, but at least its functional.

The food is typically McDonald's.

The service is sharp and there are staff on standby to assist with orders and changes that you would like.

Clean bathrooms and in this particular venue, a wonderful afternoon sun which is perfect during winter.

My daughter wanted a McFleuri and two other stores we went to was just too busy and we ended up here with virtually no customers, only delivery guys collecting.

Was advised to use the 3rd auto ordering machine, only ordered 2 mcfleuries and a coffee, card machine did not work so we had to go to the counter.

No other customers as mentioned, but it took nearly 20 minutes before we got our order. So the only thing I can say is extremely slow service.

The store itself was nice and clean, even the toilets.

Drive thru is bad. They ysjr long with your food and take wrong orders at the drive through and bad customer service

Second month in the morning we arrive at the store past 7 in the morning to eat breakfast and the store is closed. The security is unhelpful and refused to answer any questions. This morning a staff member advised we do know what time we opening.

McDonald's is a beginning however we have to be very careful about their name and their quality control today and my visit to one of the branches in Cape Town only Phase 2 problems and both are related to the quality control I have one Big Mac contain hair not only one it is to hairs and after I show it to the cashier they just replace it also there is another meal contain pieces of hair which is also being changes I like there process to change it fast I will work I don't like the control the cleaners on this the price is very smelly and contain smell like a chemical or something also their food are not clear at all

Firstly we were told that we can only enter if we have cash, because card machine doesn't work????????
Did the order on the self service thingy, it stated that our order will only be processed once we pay. There was nobody at the cash register???????? Had to ask "collection" person. Who said "just wait I'm busy, ok!"
Then after paying and waiting about 10 minutes, the sign said come collect. We went to collections, but staff said "no! Wait to be called!"????????????????
It took another 15 minutes before our two quarter pounders with cheese meals we're ready????????????????????????????????????????????????

Thank you McD, you've finally given me a reason to leave!
I feel you've become far too complacent relying on your name in the market place. That complacency has allowed Burger King to creep in and expand ????
That's ok though. They much, much better anyway ????????????????????????

Drive through takes way to long and petrol is expensive. Also you'll find permanent beggers. Making one feel guilty for spoiling your kids.
