Great ???? for dog walking when not too busy - like Women's Day and Sunny Weekends when plastic, bottles, sweet wrappers etc strewn everywhere despite plenty of bins provided!

Good braai spots for day campers.Nice open places for the children. A very big downer is .. on Heritage Day when everyone wants to braai , we were not allowed to park at the second parking area ! A major incoveniance, because we had to park at one place , and carry everything to the braai area. Someone should look into this !

This was a great place. Nice and clean, green and lush. The braai area is not too bad either. Bathroom facilities were quite clean for a general public toilet. Not much to do for kids as there are no swings or play equipment. Best to bring some toys to keep them busy. Beautiful views all around with the mountain on one side and the vlei on the other and it seems very safe. When we arrived at around 11am it wasn't all that busy but the shade areas under the trees where taken up so best to come a bit early to secure a spot of your choice. Got a bit busier later in. Also, it gets very windy so be prepared for that as well. All in all, a great place. Will definitely go back

Wonderful to take a nice walk or enjoy a braai . But sadly not as clean as it used to be.
