Ordered this with the delivery.
My order was 3 large fries, however, this look like medium fries, the box is only half full. If i went into the store they fill the box!
Always having problems with this branch.

Why do i always have to have a problem with mcdonalds @westgate mall, bought a regular fries as it says on the slip but i get a small fries haibo this place is ridiculous! Never seeing me there again!

The only reason I'm giving this star is there's no option for no stars. I'm very disappointed as we went for mcflurrys yesterday and what we got was soft serve with Oreo crumbs. They have told us that they don't have Tex Oreos and no ice coffee..basically the things we went for.

I'm upset with what we received. You really need to look into customer service and how to better it.

Visited on the 5th May and waited quite long to purchase our food. When we got home our food was very cold. Tried calling the store and the number on the receipt does not exist. Emailed a complaint and received a response to use the live chat with is faster. Did that but have not received a response yet. We cannot we waiting in long queues and they most likely make it while you still in the queue. Please do not experience what I am at the moment, make sure your meal is warm before you drive off as that's what you are paying for. Mcdonalds not worried about your complaint, just want your money. Very bad customer service

When it isn't the end of the month then the service is very quick and effective and the one time I went at the end of the month so they were very nice to me because my order took way longer than expected and they apologised for the long wait time.

Bad service. It was pouring as I walked towards the door. The security waited for me to get to the door to to tell me that I have to go around. Go around where? I don't know. The drive through was also standing dead still as they had some technical issue on that side. Really bad experience.

Food is always tasty however when I requested to change my order from the drive through yesterday 17/9/22, the lady on duty moved slightly away from the window and whispered "F something" (obvisouly using the full word, just didn't want to type it out here)

Then she proceeded to call the manager apparently who I never saw, and then came back to the window and continued the service.

Worst Service. They took my receipt at the collection window and told me to stand in the waiting bay where they forgot about me. I reminded them 30 minutes later and 30 minutes after that I received the wrong order..
