An impressive edifice in Mitchell's Plain, this mall was an unexpected sight in it's location, and a good development for the residents.
Always a hub of activity with throngs of shoppers everytime I've passed through.
The architecture is quite interesting - the high-ceiling atrim you find inside at different points is unexpected.
Wide array of shops and well maintained facilities.. it's a Yes from me ????

Very, very impressed!
I went to Standard bank Home Affairs and received my ID card within 1 week.
My daughter received her 1st ID card within 3 weeks.
Average waiting time is less than an hour, in line, and out the other side. Parking is also free.
Not 3 hours of nothing like my previous experience at St George's Mall. With almost R100 for parking.

Just luv the easy access to wifi. Able to take a rest and enjoy the food stores after a day of shopping. Toilets very clean.also a safe place to shop.easy access to promenade using own vehicle or public transport.i appreciate the efforts made to keep taxis and outside vendors at bay.

What a pleasure to walk in the center with super huge presence of the security. They are so kind and really knows how to communicate with the customers. Thank you so much for also keeping the toilets super clean and fresh.

To better their service, have the security person issue the 90 tickets for the day as people come to the department door in the mall and not let them wait outside the mall in a q and then be told the 90 is full. This will avoid major frustration and anger outbursts towards the security/staff member having to be the bearer of bad news especially if you've been standing for an hour or more in the cold.

Frequently visited by shoppers from all over. U can get all of ur shopping done under one roof. Security is mostly visible, but be vigilant non the less

Even in a pandemic this mall always feels crowded and loud(er) than most. But that's probably because it's hugely popular and there is a wide variety of shops across price points.

The food court serves relatively low cost fare that makes it accessible to most here and there's a SARS branch - that's a plus I think.

Plenty of parking is available and it's perhaps best to go to the bathrooms in pairs for safety.

ATMs are available, safe and in working condition.
