I would give it a zero if i could, i have only been there 5 times, and every time i felt i have been on picked on because of the colour of my skin... I am a 47 year old male man, that have been at zone fitness for almost twenty years on and off... But my worst experience was at this gym... Young children as staff who treat older people with disrespect...we cant even ask questions, they get upset, and they speak to you in a condescending tone of voice, and when we tell them that and tell them to stop, they get more upset than you, instead by saying sorry sir, how can i help you,and what is this 20min limit on machines...i go to gym twice a week, that's what i can only do, beacuse of my profession, i do 20 min ecliptic and 40 min intense interval training on the cardio, because of my heart condition, i recently had a mycardial infarction,, I only get warm after 20min...disruption after disruption when you in your zone when u running... If there is a line, get more cardio machines.... For one thing for sure i will not recommend none of my fire fighting colleagues and friends to go there...

Getting into Watergate is the only mission. The Gym itself is quite clean and staff are friendly.

The equipment works, dance class available, they cover those basis but can definitely improve customer service.
