Your call center agents are hopeless they can't even take a order for delivery and they refuse to give the number to call the outlet I will never recommend anyone to use this service

Nando's is one of my favourites. They only do chicken and it seems like they have all their dishes done to perfection. My favourite is chicken liver in peri peri sauce. All dishes can be served as Extra hot, Hot, medium, mild and lemon and herb...so you can choose your spiciness. Definitely recommend.

I am very disappointed, everytime I place an order online I ask for extra sauce????! When I get home there is barely sauce nevermind extra sauce. You order online and have to wait in line with people who must still place orders even though you have already paid. There is 4 cashiers but only 1 is taking orders and assisting patrons. I love Nandos but you guys make the meal not enjoyable, give me what I ordered or I will much rather drive to Vangate Mall.

Could do with a upgrade, line is always long and it's online order is a mess. Needs a proper look at as its to small to accommodate the people in such a busy mall...Food Is not bad but you will wait on a weekend in line and for your order ruffly one and half hours....

Very disappointing. Everytime I order take away I found that there is something missing on my order. A whole chicken suddenly comes with 7 pieces and only one leg. I ask for perri perri wedges and I dont get it. And I dont live close by to just go back to get the order fixed.

I have ordered a whole lot of things at 17:00 and waited till 19:20 from Uber Eats and had to send my husband to the restaurant to get our supper and then they didn't want to give my order to my husband and to top it off I didn't get what I ordered. Instead of 2breakfast punch juices for my kids, I got a water and a apple juice, instead of tomato hotpot with casa pap, I got a prego chicken hotpot with normal rice which was very frustrating. I'm so disappointed in Nandos promenade mitchells plain.
