I genuinely enjoyed my stay here because of the convenience of having everything near you. ❤ I wanted to stay longer. But the two nights were amazing! It was just a mini community with everything at your disposal and guests getting together over drinks, food and entertainment.

Spent a night there for my best friend's 21st. Excellent location, shops for entertainment, buying mementos and great food all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with all the necessities of a small kitchen and bathroom. Towels are not included btw. The only issue we had was that the drains didn't drain very well and water wouldn't go down the shower or sink drain. Room service came by and fixed it but then it still did the same thing. Also, there was no hot water for showering in the morning(despite it being 9am????)

We got to the hotel and couldn’t book in until 2pm even though the website said we could when we arrived. They told us to leave our bags in the lobby while we went to sevens rugby. When we came back at 9pm our luggage had been lost. There was little effort being made to find our lost luggage. We were all freezing cold. They couldn’t understand why we were upset and they were not helpful at all. We only got our luggage 2 hours later. And they were not apologetic nor offer anything for our experience.

Spent about 8 hours at Mojo to meet old friends, eat and have a few drinks and to watch Boks vs Wales rugby. The buzz is palpable. Great vibes. So many good, freshly made food choices !!
Next time I might have the courage to ask the band to turn down the volume. Well worth a few visits.

A few tips for nomads and backpackers: 1. Some dorms have a large table where you can work/chill/eat, some don't. 2. Some dorms have the kitchen in the rear of the room, some in the middle. I prefer the rear kitchen, so you can cook without bothering the entire room. 3. There is no common area where you can meet other travelers and no organised activities, so you may only meet the people in your room (even though the hostel has over 100 beds). Basically, the Mojo Market is the common area but it's hard to tell who is a guest and who isn't. 4. If you need a quiet place to work or chill, Bootlegger Coffee across the street is the best option.

The room had no window so one cannot get fresh air. It was loud and the noise didn't stop even in the evening. An hour before check-out the lights in our room were switched off and when we enquired we were told that there is maintenance, however, only our room was switched off

Moving from another city with my daughter, we had to find urgent accommodation due to renovations at a apartment we rented (water pipe burst). While putting new tiles and plumber u0026 electrian working on our property, we were forced to look for temporary accommodation.

Me and my daughter arrived 6h00 the night, exhausted, traumatized and were pleasantly surprised! We were welcomed by a magnificent team who received us even stored our belongings in a safe space.

The Manager John and Sipho and the ladies at the information desk were very kind, helpful and professional! Wow...we did not expect that.

Our room was very pleasant, clean, fresh bedding. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was really good. Everyday these lovely cleaning ladies cone clean the room, they work quietly, professional and proper! My word...big applause to the cleaning team, managing so many room in a day (including kitchens/bathrooms/bedrooms). I call them the miracle workers. Thank you ladies, coming back to a clean apartment and room was splendid!

Due to the renovations still not done to our house, we will have to book for a longer term, which I am happy to do. We get excellent service here, my daughter feels safe, and the staff is very helpful and assist with everything.

We could not get a booking at Mojo Hotel, therefore they moved us to Mojo Apartments... at first I was a bit worried, but then after staying the 2 weeks, I was very happy I chose them.

Thank you John/Sipho/the ladies at info/the cleaning ladies...you became friends and your professionallism, kindness, helpfulness, friendly smiles, effective service will stay with me and my daughter for a long time.

I highly recommended staying here! I told all my friends from overseas to book here and they loved it. Do well done guys! Thank you for making our stay memorable! X
