Last night I went for dinner at Andalousse in Sea Point, in recommendation of my cousin. The song is nice and authentic. I liked the fact that in true Moroccan style they had hookah available to patrons in a dedicated area. The food was absolutely delicious, flavourful and real value for money.

The best way to end off the evening of dinner is with Moroccan mint tea, with their delicious biscuits. You can't beat that kinda authentic cuisine. I'll certainly go there again and will certainly recommend it to others ????

The experience was unique, their pizza is really delicious, the lamb was tender althought it could be seasoned a bit more. The mint sweet tea was delicious. The couscous dish with the veg was a lovely meal. all in all not too bad.

Quite a rare hole in the wall. Food is amazing, flavourful and worth the price. Each menu item can actually feed 2 people, especially the tajines, so very worthwhile. Service is also super fast given how busy they get.

The entire environment immerses you in Moroccan culture. Seating is so comfy you'll end up staying for hours. Also great for groups.

This place is very authentic.
Look the aesthetic is cheap, the rain was running down the walls while we were sitting there (but honestly just added to the ambience),some of the dishes we were served were chipped...but also added to the cozy, private atmosphere.

The. Food. Was. Incredible!!!
If you are OK with a totally different taste and don't mind sweet and savory together, please get the Lamb tagine barkook. It's indescribable but I will be back for more of this! Soup as a starter is a must, split it, it comes in a decent portion (u0026you end up paying R20 per person for an amazingly authentic, Moroccan soup).

The above menu selection is perfect for winter. And the tagine serves 2(@R200 it's a steal of note).

I just had the most pleasant surprise of flavors and experience at this place.
Waiters were super helpful and friendly and just constantly concerned with our comfort. And they were SWIFT to bring out our food.

This is one of those underrated places, a hidden gem. And I can't wait to try different items on their summer menu.

4 star because of the chipped and cheap aesthetic ,but go for the food!

Authentic Moroccan food, tea and cookies.

The tea and cookies are really really great. Don't forget to get a packet of the cookies for later! They are home made, inexpensive and super yummy.

Loved thehidden Morrocangem that is called Andalousse. What a set up beautiful ambience and seating arrangement. The entire place drips with culture.

The morrocan tea and biscuits were a delight and so did they platter they were served on.

Ordered the Shakshuka sans egg, however it did come topped with an egg, which I removed myself though and enjoyed the spicy peppery sort of chutney with the crisp flat bread served alongside. The shakshuka was quite oily though but rich in flavour.

The bathroom setup could be a bit better.

The meal was absolutely filling and well worth the price.

Will defintely be back to try the other vegetarian dishes.

Loved the food. Had a starter which was really delicious. The main meal was a pizza, large so big I took most home and was still excellent the next day. The tea came with really awesome biscuits. Overall a lovely experience. Will visit again.
