Great place to workout, does need basic sanitary products in the showers. Bring your own toiletries. There are absolutely none. And a towel or you’ll be charged R250

Unorganised I’m getting classes started with 40 people but a great sweat.

Really high quality equipment and lots of free weights - great value for money even when you don't have a yearly contract. Only downside is that some of the members are pretty rude and entitled. Never been to a gym with such a strong vibe like that before.

You get exactly what you came for - a super intense workout aiming to blast 1000 calories. I love the instructors and the breathtaking view of seapoint. It makes thw running on the treadmill so much nicer!
