My local when in CT. Exceptionally run club, very professional, all the staff are really warm, the instructors friendly, and it's always absolutely spotless!
It's also got a great buzz, nice music, and the equipment is superb and well maintained.
Nice vibe - never over crowded. Perfect!

Most amazing gym ever. It has all the equipment you’ll ever need and it’s never too busy. Super lovely staff and amazing PTs ????

Really good gym .. got everything you need and more for a great workout .. staff, in my case mainly Josh, was/are welcoming, friendly u0026 helpful too .. a definite go to gym if you're in the area.

Visiting Cape Town for a week. This gym is great...excellent weights (barbells, dumbbells, new machines, cables, cardio). And they offer weekly rates. Tried Virgin Active the first day...BUC is much better. Virgin only offered daily or monthly rates...won’t work with you on this. Also Virgin is too crowded...you have to wait for most weights (barbells, dumbbells (don’t have enough), space to stretch), etc...even off peak. Lastly, people at BUC we’re much friendlier than Virgin - BUC is better for lots of reasons.

Best gym I've been to in my entire travels. Literally have everything and everyone is so nice.
