This bootleggers was possibly on of the first and has stood strong for ages! It has solid coffee and great breakfast and lunch options. The decor is nice and comfortable. It does have slightly higher prices compared to other coffee shops. The service can be slow sometimes

We ordered many dessert and brunch but i could not make it to get the photos coz my friends ate them so quickly. All dishes are all tasty. But i did not enjoy coffee.

Really enjoyed my breakfast at this bootlegger branch. The waiter (tall gentlemen with brown hair sorry for forgetting your name) was very on top of service. He let us know when something was going to take long and also when the sourdough was unavailable but they had farmhouse bread before we ordered which made our choices easier. The bathrooms could use a bit more attention however it was still one of my best bootlegger experiences.

Stopped at Bootlegger Seapoint for a bite to eat before heading to the airport. Must say the service received was appalling.

Ordered a burger at 11:30. The waitress came back to the table informing that a burger could not be made as lunch was not being served. We asked the waitress if she could check with the manager if she could make an exception as it was only 30 min.

Staff was heard screaming from the kitchen “It’s not even 11:45 yet”. The manager returned informing me that it was not possible. When I stated that I will be writing a review she proceeded by telling me she does not care for the review and it will come regardless.

Nevertheless we paid for our coffee, walked across the road were they gladly served me a burger.

I would not recommend anyone to visit a Bootlegger as customer service is clearly not a priority.

Overtly verbally abusive and passive aggressive staff. Not a great energy, we should be kinder to one another. Saddest bagel. Ingredients were good and food could’ve been good but I couldn’t not enjoy a meal in an unsafe place.
