This restaurant lives up to the hype in terms of how good the food is. I enjoyed the brunch so much I went back, the service is ok and it’s better to book ahead as it’s a small place and popular. It is on the pricey side, so be prepared to spend on average R450 for 2 people on a meal each and a drink. The pancakes were the fluffiest I’ve ever had, and the Turkish eggs and Mu0026P Benedict were freshly prepared and delicious. It closes at 2pm so keep that in mind when booking.

Service 4/5
Food 5/5
Ambiance 4/5

Try your best to reserve a table... They dont allow you to just walk in. The food was really good and came out pretty quick . I really enjoyed the chicken and waffles ... The hash Browns are packed with flavor... I just really wish they had a better booking options to reserve a table... if there are only 2 of you and the date you book says they are booked for 2 guest what do you do?? Book for what’s available a table for 4??

Spectacular in every way! The best coffee and pancakes I have ever had! This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars, it deserves to be a household name, a default brunch destination, a viral sensation... It's on the $$ side of the price spectrum, but you get what you pay for, and that is coffee by an award-winning barista and pancakes that will leave you speechless. Highly recommended!

Best Benedict I've had in ages u003c3
We did find the english Muffin a bit heavy, and the sausage on the full breakfast had an unpleasant spiciness to it (the kind that repeats on you for hours after).

However, all in all it was a great success with perfectly cooked eggs all round those delicious little potato devils and lovely creamy Hollandaise... YUM! Will definitely be back.

100% for ambiance and aesthetic! We loved the vibe and the menu is super inviting. We were lucky enough to get a table. Unfortunately we did not have the experience we were hoping for. My friend ordered the Nutella French toast which mentioned it is a custard soaked french toast. When it arrived it looked somewhat undercooked and when we tasted it, it unfortunately was dominated by the taste of raw egg. When we highlighted this, the waiter mentioned that this is how it is served. The waiter was very accommodating and offered for her to order something else off the menu. After it was agreed that she would order a replacement meal the owner approached us and informed us that the French toast is according to their standard, so regardless of the raw egg taste, this is how they do it. We were then informed if she orders another meal she will be paying for both. This was a very uncomfortable interaction. Sadly my pancakes were also underdone on the sides but I decided to eat it as it was well presented. It became clear that customer happiness was not a priority. The owner then went to his kitchen staff and visibly expressed his annoyance about the interaction which was sadly in our eye line. We arrived super early this morning to be able to secure our spot but are now left disappointed. The incident was then escalated when we paid the bill and the French toast was on the bill. My friend informed the owner earlier that she will not be eating it thus not pay for it and assuming you do not eat a meal you expressed concern over, the restaurant leaves it off the bill. We left the restaurant and my friend stated that she will not pay for the meal, the waiter approached us outside and my friend mentioned again that she had already stated that she will not be paying for a meal she did not eat. As we drove from our parking spot the owner decided to take a picture of our vehicle registration, which was both unnecessary and very threatening. What was meant to be a reunion of friends at a beautiful restaurant turned into a very unpleasant experience. The waiting staff are fantastic and I wish you all well! If you read this review I hope your experience is different and positive.

This was a lovely experience.. I had to try the chicken and waffles with warm maple syrup, i must say i absolutely loved it. The chicken was so crispy and succulent on the inside. The Turkish Eggs, BOMB, full flavor explosion. You must try it.

Enjoyed our brunch here! Cocktails are quite expensive but still okay and we enjoyed our meal! The waffle and pancake batter is the fluffiest I have ever eaten and the batter on the chicken is fantastic! Overall a great experience!
