Really nice gym, has everything you need and works on a monthly prepaid membership.

Wish it would be open on the weekend as well.

Great location in the city centre. I used to love this gym... one complaint is that I think it's only fair for the membership fee to be reduced during the water crisis if members are not supplied towels any more and are restricted to showering between 06h00 - 09h00.

The gym equipment could do with some serious TLC! There's always a few broken machines which is disappointing.

This is a small boutique gym with a good complement of free weights, weight machines, benches and cardio equipment.

There are sweat towels and bath towels provided with a dry sauna to relax in after your session.

The gym opens at 6:00 and closes at 21:00 Monday-Thursday, at 20:00 on Friday and 07:00-15:00 on Saturday.

Personal trainers and Biokineticists are available at an additional cost.

There is limited visitor parking for building guests.

Boutique feel with all the amenities of a big chain. Dropped in for the day (they have day rates) and it had everything I was looking for. The layout is organized, the equipment is new and up to date, the facilities are hotel-like and clean (there is soap provided in the showers, and keys to lock the lockers in the changing room) and the staff at the front desk are friendly and accommodating. And the views of Table Mountain...wish I could work out here every day.

The most pretentious gym I have ever been to, where not even the trainers have gym etiquette.. trainers taking up whole stations lounging all over equipment. Way overpriced aswell. Would only recommend to rich grandmas who dont want to get fit.

I'm in Cape town for a month and it works perfect for me to train at RBSI since it's possible to buy membership for just one month (with a discount for students). They have the basic stuff for a workout, maybe not the place for someone who wants to do heavy deadlifts but otherwise it's ok.

Joined the gym for 2 months while visiting Cape Town. It’s pretty small but never felt crowded. The staff were helpful. Would definitely recommend!
