I had THE BEST experience with both Prof Panieri (Endocrine) and Dr Greg Symons (Pulmonology) who are THE MOST caring individuals. I feel truly blessed to have found these great humans at a confusing and scary point in my life. It felt really good to feel "Cared For" and not like "just another number". I would recommend these Doctors to anyone needing an Endocrinologist and/or a Pulmonologist who showed a genuine interest in their patients. They are an exceptional model of healthcare at its best and a true boon to Netcare - UCT Private Academic.

One of the WORST hospitalisation experiences I’ve ever had at any hospital, except for one or two friendly nurses and technicians! Some of the doctors are just outright rude and unprofessional! Being late or simply not showing up is the order of the day.

Oh such a carer place where the sick person is considered special and always willing to help. I really like the approach of doctors and nurses.

My physician Prof Greg Calligaro is extremely professional and yet still so attentive. He took time to respond to my emails an and spent an hour in our consultation. I had a bronchoscopy procedure last Friday and the nurses, porters and Doctors made me feel totally at ease and well taken care of.My only negative, is with the cleaning company, who never refilled the toilet paper in two bathrooms that I used.

I had a surgical procedure done and stayed overnight in ward 2. To say that I'm impressed with the nurses and doctors at this hospital would be an understatement. It was my first time having surgery and staying at a hospital and everyone here made sure that I was treated so well, they were gentle and went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable.I didn't want to go home????felt like a vacation. Thank you so much to all the wonderful people who helped make my first time an enjoyable, less frightening experience ????God bless.

The most disgusting hospital I have ever encountered and the nurses are honesty pathetic, unhygienic and do not care at all.

My Son was admitted with a very rare autoimmune illness in April this year. The care he was given was superb Prof Dheda, Prof Louw and their team of specialists covered every possibility , diagnosed efficiently and treated effectively. There was time taken to explain everything. The Hospital Matron made allowances for me to spend as much as possible time with my son and also allowed for frequent visits from close family. Mr Daniel Mathew the Hospital General manager is very approachable and interested . The staff was friendly and helpful. Basically every one from reception through admin to ICU was friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend this hospital
