What a disappointment. This venue came highly recommended. First two wines we ordered was not in stock. Settle for another. There was no Chicken in stock and our Pizzas had a few tiny pieces of chicken. Hawaiian pizza was overdoses with chilly. Service as average. Made a decision to never go there again.

Great outside area, a bit dark and loud inside, which is a shame as they have a lovely fireplace. Place some couches around, add a few extra lights and it would make a world of difference.

The staff and customers are very friendly and the food is great. Would recommend, its really affordable.

Very nice venue with lots of potential... But service was terrible, waited 35 min for our drinks order and that's not even mentioning food order. Not enough cutlery and had to beg for the condiment. It might also be that our waiter didn't know how to earn tips as another waitress was actually running to keep her table happy

So idealic under the trees and next to the river. The owners are so friendly and the pizza delish and very affordable.

Just had the worst experience. Super disappointed… we’ve always loved coming to old bridge. Arrived @8pm waited for a waiter for about 10 mins (in those 10 mins we had to order drinks at the bar) when he came around we immediately ordered 2 pizzas. Because we were hungry.

Waited and waited, everyone around us was getting food and we were so hungry.

Granted they were busy and we had sympathy for that. The manager eventually came out and said they had no more dough. But only an hour after we had already been waiting for the food. We were offered a discount on anything else and ordered 1 burger.

Waited and waited again, eventually decided to go and pay since it looked as if we weren’t going to get our food. When we went in to pay we saw people being served more pizza…. People that came in after us.

The burger was boxed in a takeaway only to be eaten at home. Getting home only to note it was the wrong burger.

I have so much respect for a business that is busy and I completely understand that it can get overwhelming but if you’ve already let a customer down, don't do it twice.

Unfortunately we will not be returning…
