They kept black pants for me that I had to collect from Stellenbosch. Beronique was extremely helpful. Pity about the parking. Very difficult to find any. ????

On Tuesday we stood outside in the rain from 9:00 and the guy sitting inside just ignored us. 10 minutes later we knocked and he said that they will open at 20 past. After waiting another 10 minutes we had to knock to get his attention again. He said that their systems are offline we must wait outside another 20 minutes, we said we will pay cash but he said no we must wait outside until their systems come online. at 9:40 we decided to take our business somewhere els as they weren't going to help us. Not polite at all!

You really need to teach that security guy how to handle customers with care, his so very rude and its something that you guys must look at.

Shop has friendly staff, not the best range for kids aged 10 to 14. Online shopping is usually good, sometimes you get the clothes you want in your size. Pricing is moderate , depending on what you buy. Quality of the clothes is usually good.

13 August 2018 .. Silly me punched my email in incorrect and then after all ,my child was very unhappy with the garment I bought ..I had to take it back with only the tag on and no slip.. The manager assisted in seconds ,he went through that whole days sales of Thursday with the help of another staff member .. My problem was solved in minutes .. Thank you very much MR Price/MRP Somerset West ,keep up the great customer service and awesome team work ????????

Very busy store, staff very helpful, finding parking is a problem, I purchased a new cell phone there u0026 was given slot of good advise.

This is by far the worst mr price ever. The staff should be ashamed. They have absolutely no people skills and show absolutely no kindness to their customers. They are all just standing behind the counter looking at their phones. Bad bad bad fkr business
