What a fantastic gym! No BS. bi-polar to other gyms. The service is personal and very professional. Howard takes the time and goes out of his way to ensure good routine management that includes your dietary needs and personal goals. Exactly what I expected and extremely happy I gym there. The vibe is great- chilled and friendly, the gym is well equipped for all that you need. It’s well priced and just the gym you would want to be at! I highly recommend this gym. ????????????????

West workout is run with a true passion for healthy living and achieving your fitness goals. It's run by the owner who is incredibly passionate about what he does, he takes a real interest in all of his clients and their goals.
I cannot recommend it enough. It's a place I look forward to going to, a place where you feel a part of a fitness family and where you're always greated by a friendly face.

Howard and staff are the best, I have been a member of this gym for about 17 months. Howards personal touch with the members is great, really appreciate how he continually pushes me to strive for my goals. I can really say I am enjoying this gym over all my other gym experiences. I am currently at my strongest I have been in life, thanks to Howard and west workout.

Absolutely shocking service received from the Tannie at reception. Few days ago I walked in to get more information about the gym and prices ect. I then came back to get all signed up ready to pay cash and start. The tannie then said that I have to give them a copy of my gym program/routine to review and then wait for them to approve my program, then have a lesson with someone before I can start training at the gym. I said my program is on my cellphone with all the information needed as I have paid for it and its structured for my body type and macros (its private and costly not just going to hand it out) I don't need personal training as I have been training for over 10years experience i just want to use the equipment. Then some random lady that was sitting at the desk, (looks like it was a friend of the tannie) rudely interrupted our conversation and said that If I don't give the program in and I hurt myself I can sue the gym??? I then stated, don't you have a sign up indemnity clause like every other gym?? I then had enough, told them if you not willing to help I'll take my money and I will go somewhere else. The lady said fine bye. Horrified...
