My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, a first-time stay and Mr. Monray Smith made us feel very welcomed and complimented by his professional team. The hotel is conveniently situated in close proximity to everything with stunning views of the city and Table mountain by the viewing deck (must see). We loved the comfort and modern, fresh colours and finishes inside the bedroom, one rarely sees natural light penetrating through the interior to the en-suite - brilliant concept! Our bedroom had the option of being inside and outside with a comfortable balcony for fresh air! Also, a big bonus is a secured parking level above ground and one can reserve your spot for the duration of your stay.
The breakfast was top-notch, healthy, and filling! Super friendly and warm staff, we would definitely visit them again and we look forward to our next visit!

Really enjoyed our stay. Had very warm welcome from reception by the name of Erin*.

Roof top bar was great. The city lights looks beautiful from up there

Really safe parking

And breakfast to top it all off was really great my chef Aneesah.

Overall great staff was a pleasant stay????????

Marzel and her colleagues treated us like family. They went over and above on their services. I Definitely would revisit. Very clean. My favourite waiter was Simon. He even remembered our drink of choice????

Short stay with the girls. View from our room was beautiful. Enjoyed the roof bar, was a bit chilly but the friendly staff got us cozy blankets to stay warm while drinking margaritas. ????????

Had an exquisite stay, hotel staff were courteous and friendly, service was beyond impeccable. Specifically a wonderful hostess named Marzel, she went above and beyond to make sure we wanted for nothing. Truly magnificent.

Location wise the hotel is nearer to every major attraction (and pretty much everything lol), and is a few blocks away from the red bus station which is a bonus!
Breakfast was always a delight! Although breakfast ends at 10.30am, the staff was always kind enough to not take away food immediately. The staff were quiet friendly and resourceful and helped us arrange most of our activities. A special shout to Busi, Wilbur and Lonke for being exceptional hosts! Definitely staying here on my next trip.

it was excellent! truly magnificent! the rooms guys ???? . Marzel , she specifically stood out , she was perfect . the staff didn't get irritated even though we were . yoh and the guy with the fade that works reception, funny ???? . The food was amzing !

just fyi , i enjoyed the stay truly ! Thank everyone . Thank Park Inn for creating Room 811 ????❤ .
