I have a service dog ????u200d???? and went to visit my BFF who was staying in this hotel/apartment hotel and they denied us entry suddenly after having let us in 3 times before. It was confusing and unprofessionally handled.

Standards and service have declined. Theres no breakfast, no cleaning service over the weekend, no soap in the dispensers, the towels have a smell to them, my laundry did not get done and the poor receptionist did it for me overnight, the curtains were tatty, there were wierd stains in places, the wifi was poor, I didn't have a floor towel by the last day. My colleague was shocked to find his room still messed from the previous guest when checking in and had to ask for another room.

I had an excellent stay, the hotel has everything you need alongside having a really good customer service which is unmatched. The assistants were more than happy to push some strings such as allowing me to take breakfast from downstairs to my room upstairs. I genuinely enjoyed the safety, the widened rooms, TV and constant housekeeping. I have nothing bad to say and will return when i come to Cape Town for my next trip. Thank you very much for your services.

Currently no restaurant so no breakfast available as advertised. We were booked here and left straight after we got to the rooms. My room had a very strange smell, my colleague's bed spread was stained yellow and we, as three woman felt very uneasy to stay in a very empty hotel in rooms that were, to be honest, creepy.

Hotel is wonderful. Note the company renting units via Airbnb in building are not affiliated in any way. Hotels only job is to give keyword to guests of those units. Book hotel units directly with hotel and save madness of dealing with the Airbnb property manager.
