I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re a leisure traveller, it’s better for a short business trip or just somewhere to lay your head for one night. This hotel lacked the basic necessities any hotel should have such as a robe u0026 slippers, spare toiletries like cotton pads and a “make up my room” sign (instead, the housekeeping staff comes knocking on your door at 08:45 u0026 gets visibly annoyed if you’re not ready to leave your room u0026 have it cleaned). One of the days of our stay I requested an iron u0026 ironing board at 13:45 and only got it at 14:20 after multiple calls u0026 WhatsApp requests u0026 almost having to go down to reception myself. The rooms are also small, the view from our room was just more buildings u0026 there’s no facilities like a pool hence I say, this isn’t great for leisure travel. I’m a very reasonable person but I really didn’t enjoy my stay here

I was in Cape Town on a business trip. The hotel is very good from the great customer service, great food, I enjoyed fries and chicken(delicious). Rooms are well lit, comfortable bed and clean. Free wifi, tv, coffee, room service and a serene dining/bar area. Great place for a short stay.

The room was a bit small. Breakfast was nice. I enjoyed the bacon. Friendly staff. It was clean and tidy. Many people are begging for money and harassing you when walking to and from your car. Parking is very scarce.

We had an early light supper at the hotel while waiting for the show at the Artscape to start. The salad and calamari starter was sublime. Compliments to the chef. The waiter was a delight.

Very nice hotel, clean, very helpful stuff. Nice food in restaurant. Room very clean and smart way to manage the space.

Great rooms at affordable prices, service was great, however, they ran out of tomatoes, honey and coffee at breakfast and well I wouldnt suggest going there for a room with a view..

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are travelling with your child/children. The rooms aren’t as spacious as they look in images, hardly any ventilation in the room.

The breakfast didn’t have much variety. Unsure of what the rule is, but I couldn’t warm up food for kids when I asked. It’s a good place if you just need a place to sleep and will have your days packed with activities. It’s central and easy to locate. The breakfast area isn’t as big either. The cleaning staff were helpful and kind.
