Asked for cheese on my Original chicken burger but it was not added. Such easy orders that are wrong. Disappointing!

I'm so tired of this branch. I keep giving them a chance because I don't have a choice. I work close by and it's pretty much my only option. Each time I visit here it's a different problem. I only get an hour lunch but then have to wait 45 minutes for them to prepare my meal. They help customers that arrived after me and then say that I have ordered a large meal when I only ordered 1 whopper meal. When I ordered a milkshake they literally gave me nesquick mixed with a little ice cream. It was so awful and watery, I'm definitely not buying here again. They never add the mayonnaise and tomato sauce sachets unless I ask them to after seeing they didn't give it.

The staff need to be educated on the importance of not mixing up vegan and regular meat and the difference between the two. . Twice now I have ordered form this Burger King, ordered a vegan option and been given chicken. It is shocking for this to happen more than once. It can be extremely dangerous and is considered a health code violation.

A really busy Burger king. But it runs like a well oiled machine. Very friendly staff, but a special mention must go to the coffee barista.... 3 perfect, hot and tasty Cappuccino's.....thank you!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve ordered via Uber eats twice from this branch and both times the order took over an hour to prepare. It is impossible to contact the restaurant as their phone line just rings through. Very inefficient and zero customer service points. Won’t make the mistake of supporting this branch again.

I'm so tired of this branch. I keep giving them a chance because I don't have a choice, it is the closest branch to me. Whenever I order on Uber eats they take nearly an hour to give the driver my order. This is ridiculous, isn't this called fast food for a reason? The food is usually well made but I'm never ordering from this branch again. So frustrating.

Very disappointed in the way the food was presented when delivered and opened. I work in Cape Town and decided to order lunch from Burger King and got two whopper meals with cheese, not too far from Foreshore, Heerengracht branch. Placed an order on UberEats and food arrived after 1 hour and a few minutes, burger was very soaked in tomato sauce with no mayonnaise added as the burger normally comes with tomato sauce and mayonnaise and no mayonnaise or tomato sauce sachets. Very disappointed with the quality of the food and the way it was prepared given the price I paid for two meals with delivery fee.
Extremely dissatisfied and will not be going to this branch again as the quality of the food was horrible.
