Spacious rooms, very clean. Comfortable bed. Modern design. Extras; TV, wifi, kitchen facilities. Pool and balcony. Friendly professional staff (Wellington, Abigail, Joseph, Simon and others). Can improve sound proofing of the room, however everything else was perfect

I'm looking forward to coming to your place once again. Great apartment located on a well secluded area. Staff is friendly services is of top class. Do not have to wait long to get helped at the front desk or in your room.

Located in the centre of CPT, very large rooms with kitchen appliances. it's more like a T1 apartment which is really nice. Service is really good and stuff are very polite.

Experienced the Spa treatment, which was great, actually better than the competition across the road W.H, pricing is not bad at all for Swedish massage, will definitely go again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Onyx this winter, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a spa, heated pool and very neat gym, along with a coffee shop and breakfast restaurant (MRKT) and a world class Asia restaurant (Yu) near the reception area. The hotel is located very centrally in the heart of the Cape Town city center, and there are 2 MyCiti bus stops in very close proximity to the hotel. In the day time you can also walk to The Vu0026A Waterfront over the bridge. If you feel for some local food, you can also pop over to Mariam's Kitchen about 300m away from the hotel. There is also a Woolworths about 400m away for any essentials, and a Dischem Pharmacy and hospital not too far away.

Our family of 5 (3 young kids) enjoyed our stay of 2 nights at Onyx Hotel in a 2br set up

the accomodation is extremely spacious with stylish apartment style set up and ours had a great sized balcony which overlooked the convention centre and out to the ports

Ours was only a short stay but it was a perfect place to recover from a long flight and it was walking distance to Vu0026A waterfront which suited us as first time tourists to Cape Town

I must also add that the breakfast option that comes included in the room rate is of a very high quality. Breakfast is served in the ground floor restaurant / cafe called MRKT. It is not your standard mass market buffet but a more selective / smaller range of continental style breakfast but all done to a very high quality. As well you are allowed 1 selection from the ala carte menu per person which we found the options to be on par with a trendy brunch cafe that we would happily pay for outside.

will also add that there is a bar terrace on level 4 plus indoor / outdoor pool and gym which are all very functional and the terrace is a good spot for a few photos of table mountain and city views

All things said we were very pleased with our stay, the lovely staff and front of house managers

The hotel is clean, follows covid protocol very well.

We booked into the one bedroom Apartment and it was spacious and very well decorated.

Only thing I wish they changed was the time the pool closes.

The pool is a heated pool, so at least let customers enjoy it the evening. Didn't like that they close it at 10pm.
