Secure parking. Security visibility at all entrances. Child friendly. Friendly and educated nursing staff. Caring and considerate staff,nurses and doctors. Clean consultation rooms. Well equipped for all medical care. Cafeteria open to patients and good food on sale. Vending machines available. Oncology wing separately from main hospital for privacy and personal care. Very well organized in all different specialized consults.Clean toilets and baby changing stations available. Spare wheelchairs. Charity shop.very informative to all queries.

Very helpful staff. And the wait wasn't too bad.
My son had broken arm and needed a surgery. They operated him the same night. Very thankful for the staff and doctors.
Ward facility could be a little more mom-friendly.

Horrible experience at red cross, unpleasant and traumatizing for my son. Dr Susan Lategan wasn't patient with my son while doing his covid test she pressed him down and hurt his arm, instead of first allowing me to calm him down. She takes her own time helping the kids, very unpleasant. Parents were sitting for longer hours than the expected time to see to a kid. Health care is poor, whether medical or government. It's sad.
People who cannot serve people should not be in a career that needs to rend a service to people.

Came to the emergency ward since my child had trouble breathing just after 6am and my child still hasn't been seen to at 8:33am. I'm still in the process of being seen to whilst other children haven't been seen to since 8pm and 9pm uptil now. Another mother came in at 3Am and she's also waiting for her child to be seen to whilst her child also had trouble breathing. Pathetic hospital honestly. With only 2 staff members only seeing to the patience. Would never recommend coming here. Worst service ever, best presentation with the worst/lack of staff.

I'm very disappointed and disgusted with the service, got here at 10 pm and 6 am still no doctor has seen my grandchild. Sitting on the chair the whole night with no clue of what is wrong with your baby is so heart-aching. What is happening ???? ???? ???? ???? with your nurses is it because they have healthy babies or its because they can never use this children's hospital for their families or they have better health facilities where they take their children so they don't care. So many parents are left with their babies without being attended to. What is the purpose of this Hospital???? Disgusting service ever????????????????????????????????Not even 1 Star could compare your disgusting supposedly to be helping helpless babies.

Africa's top children hospital and one of the best in the world. Whilst we have been fortunate to not have had any illness befall our daughters, we've known several people whose children was treated or hospitalised here.

And all of them raved about the experience from admission to treatment by doctors and nurses.

This hospital has certainly changed the lives of many, and one can only salute all for their contributions in providing and ensuring top class medical treatment for children.

Hospital is amazing but they need to do something about the pharmacy. Estimated waiting time to collect medicine is +-2hrs. They need more staff at the pharmacy it has always been the downfall.
