My 1 year and 10 months baby was very sick . We took him to RMC and they attended to him immediately . The Emergency unit was not so full and my boy got the best care ever from all nurses and doctors immediately . It was his first time ever to be admitted in a hospital - we were in the Pediatric ward for 2 nights and 3 days . We received 3 meals a day with snacks in between , it was really good quality food and clean and tidy environment . With regards to parking , everyone complained about it on the reviews . However , parking was not a problem the hospital has accommodated extra parking inside of their building . I would not hesitate recommending this hospital to anyone . Nurses accommodated Me as a mom brought desks for my admin work and a play chair and table for the little one to play .

So impressed with the staff here at the night shift Emergency. I arrived with chest pain last night and was attended to immediately. Very efficient staff and super friendly. Thank you for amazing service and care. After driving away from Constantia Mediclinic who had a sign at Emergency (2 to 3 hour wait)

Ok in an emergency but definitely not for an elective comparatively speaking to other much better equipped/staffed hospitals. Bit of a low budget hospital in my view so might as well use a better one that is covered by your medical aid. On the plus side they not busy so in an emergency it is definitely the way to go based upon past experiences at this hospital.

I went in on Thursday 8/10/20 and left on Saturday the 10/10/20.

The staff in the surgical ward, day and night shift for those days was top notch, I cannot praise these guys more for their absolute amazing service.

Ranjit and all the nurses on his team, sister Heynes, sister Milly, sister Akilah (I think that's her name) and the rest of their day and night teams deserves all the praises.

Nursing is a very humble profession and these guys pulls it off like nothing.

I arrived at Rondebosch Medical centre with my 13yr old son at 12am on the 27/07/2022.

I received only but the best customer service from the Emergency rooms staff.

Their patience and tolerance levels was 10/10!

From the Anaethetist right down to the Porters had the best customer care skills.

A special Shukran/Thank you to Dr Ebrahim that assisted my son in Trauma. Your patience and calm nature was helpful during such a tense situation.

Well done Rondebosch staff!!!

High praise for Dr Sheikh and Sr Rabia in the ER. Their respectful, kind and medically appropriate treatment was very welcome and reassuring. Excellent help from Sr Heyns in surgical ward and good treatment from Dr Sinha. Reception staff all efficient.

I'll add mine to the voices bewailing the parking situation.

Emergency staff very helpful.. but the service is pathetic.., came in for emergency with my husband at about 11:30am … it is 17:47 and still waiting for assistance…. Getting to X-ray was a mission .. long wait time .. got my own authorisation as I thought it would be speed up the process .. waiting for the dr to fit his knee is a mission on its own .. dr at Kingsbury .. I think she walking from there as it has now been almost 2 hours since the dr on duty told us she is on her way .. definitely won’t recommend this emergency facility
