Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos of the food. However it was delicious.
We wanted to order the brisket bun but they were out of it, so we ordered 3x 500g ribs, a side of mac and cheese, and garlic pizza. So it ended up being really pricey for lunch for 3 people.
The ribs are to die for. The mix of flavours of the basted ribs, garlic pizza and chips were sensational. Would definitely recommend.
We were initially surprised by the size of the ribs, but as expected with beef ribs, it's sometimes more bone than meat. One of our ribs orders were a bit disappointing as it was much more bone and fat than meat.
Despite the size, it was a really filling meal and I will definitely be coming back for more ribs and to try out the brisket bun.

Sampling trial to test

Authentic smoked ribs soaked in sauce.
Looks and smells divine

But,
Compared to other places we've tried with the same grams/rands , this portion is small and more fat than meat.
I ordered a Mac n cheese and was horrified what they offered for 20 bucks . Looked like a sample size container you would use for a sauce dip ????

Seating option is just a no unless you like to be smoked along with your food ????

I've had a rib pizza and chicken calzone and both were brilliant! Very very tasty food, so highly recommend and they've definitely acquired regular customers in my family and I. Only negative (and hence one star marked down) is that they do at times run out of stock a bit early. Once they've got that ironed out, they're most definitely a 5 star restaurant.

Used to have good experiences here but quality, portions and taste have dropped over that past few months.

Pizza was burnt at the bottom and the base was dry and crusty. Toppings were cold too.

Brisket bun was extremely salty.

Rib portions have dropped and have gone so small that it's not worth ordering. Too much artificial sauce flavour too.

Chips were cold and tasted like they were fried in old oil.

Every single time I want to order a variety atleast half the items are out of stock!

Unacceptable on a weekend to run out of stock at 5pm!

The owner/management needs to be better involved

Brisket was like a soup. Thought I was getting some nice tender smoked brisket, but got a tub of brisket soup. Not the worst, but definitely not the smoked brisket it could be.

Staff over friendly in a bad way kept apologizing for the wait. Kitchen staff was eating in plan sight (we all have to eat but it looks bad eating in front of customers) waited 30min for food and the store was empty. Overall the store was clean however the store does feel a bit dark. The food prices is out side the realm of takeaways prices as its a bit pricey and more of end of month treat. The quality of the food and portion size is adequate and they have nice flavor. They have two store's with different menus, so please make sure you check what's available. I will return in the future.

Made phone order at 18:12 for 19:30 - at the store food not ready. Was told it’s almost done. Now the food is always great however the service has a lot to be desired. Waited an additional 30 minutes on arrival at the store. Can it really take an hour and 50 mins to make 2 pizzas
