Short story: Great burgers and good beer on tap. Long story: Situated in the old biscuit mill in the middle of Woodstock, right by a secure parking area, which is a good thing. (Expect to pay around R20-R30 for parking) Prices are also what you expect to pay in the southern suburbs, not too expensive. Be sure to make a turn and try the karoo lamb burger, it was something different and really stood out.

When your menu comes in the form of an LP, you know you are in for a different taste experience.

Loved the rock, head-bopping theme from the awesome music to the decor and pics.

Amazing burgers - we tried the kudu and chicken accompanied by the tastiest chips.

Hubby was suitably impressed with his fokof lager ????

Service on point - our waiter was friendly, attentive and efficient.

A definite must-try if you are in the Woodstock area..... seek Redemption!

I loved lunch at this place but can clearly see how an evening will be hanging around here. There is a vibe and the old rock theme gets you going. The burger was so good I will definitely go back again today. I had a "fence jumper" ....kudu burger. Best ever.... so tasty and just perfectly prepared. A must visit spot in Cape Town.....

Hands down, best burgers in town! If you consider yourself a burger connoisseur you will not be disappointed with Redemption's offerings. The burgers are insanely delicious and they offer so many different types of patties - beef, chicken, boerie, venison, ostrich, I think veggie (but honestly wasn't looking for that, so not 100% sure). On a not so hungry day I also tried their cheese, tomato, basil mayo, something, toasted sandwich - insert drool here. Service could have been a little more attentive, but the food was so good service was a bit of an afterthought for me.

This is a great small place that mainly specializes in burgers but I really loved it. I'm a vegetarian so they didn't have many options but what they did have was really good even my friends that never like vegetarian dishes really enjoyed the flavours. I can also honestly say I really liked the music they played and the pictures on the wall were really cool.

Reeeaaaaally good burgers. We tried the fish bowl drink, which is essentially a cocktail in a fish bowl, complete with props such as a rubber duck, rubber fish and rubber coral. This might seem extra but I thought it was very cool and quite an experience. The staff was also very friendly and because it was midweek, we got to enjoy the more tranquil vibe as opposed to a busy Saturday.

Burgers were really good. Was too busy on a Saturday afternoon. We struggled to get service.
