The good: The apartments are nice and big, you even have a bit of an ocean view. The breakfast is mostly good.

The bad: The staff at breakfast is extremely slow and forgets/ mixes up half of the orders all the time. Food takes a very long time to arrive. The buffet is very unnecessary since the pastries and the fruit taste dull and overall not good. The portions are made very small so that if you order more, you have to pay extra.
We booked the apartment on booking and were expecting a nice bathroom with a tub, as shown on the pictures. When we arrived were were greeted with a bit of a hospital looking shower and no bathtub. When we asked about this at the reception, we were told that we, in fact, scored the only bathroom that did not look like the pictures and didn’t have a tub. Luckily some other people checked out early and we got to change rooms.
Getting into the building is a little weird, since you have to ring a bell and wait for the reception to open. This is usually pretty fast but last night we waited for 5 minutes since the man at the reception was making coffee.

Overall, it was a nice stay and the issues were mostly small. I am writing this review while waiting for my breakfast since 20 minutes now though.

It is a deep pleasure and most inspiring to experience true excellence. Unlike impersonal precision like many top-notch places, one can see and feel the warm heart behind the ‘sceptre’ at Romney Park.

Clean, a sense of safety and security concern with details, service is over the top from your dining in experience, e.g I wanted a carry out box to take my remaining, the waitress politely wrap my food and insisted gently I will take it to your room, I needed a document printed, I
enquired about a business center, the front desk attendance, said we will print it for you he was a problem solver. I took the trip alone my room was near the elevator, going in and out of the garage was super easy. It was quiet, perfect for me cleaning staff did an amazing job as well with clean the apartment daily or upon me putting my leather door nob knocker outside my door, I needed additional towels, no problem, the veggie omelet with cheddar cheese was delicious...now this is luxury living.

Every single detail in this hotel is carefully looked after. It was a joy to stay here for 3 days - the staff is kind and friendly, and the suites are beautifully furnished. Breakfast is a treat, and it's the a place you don't want to leave.

What can I say!? Excellent staff who are on the ball and know what’s going on. Quick check in and check out and a stunning parking space for large vehicles. They drop some great specials on Booking.com app. The room was massive with a balcony, comfortable bed, gigantic shower and a bath big enough for a 6’3 gent. Thank you. Check them out.

Everything about this apartment is as you see it on their website, however the bathroom needed a little cleaning.
I did my booking via Booking.com, and I was welcomed by a really nice receptionists are very welcoming.

If you are going to park your car inside the residential, then you'll be required to pay R70 per night.

I noticed that the breakfast-room-service menu does not have the same variety as the sitdown menu at the dinning hall...
