We stayed one night. Although the rooms were small and quite basic, everything was spotlessly clean and neat. The two staff members that we met, Sam and Elmarie made our stay- they were so friendly, obliging and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was very enjoyable.
Only downside was the bit of road noise,

+ Super friendly and attentive stuff.
+ Nice outside area with a pool and a barbecue area.
+ The rooms were clean and well equipped.
+ The breakfast was simply fantastic with a little buffet with muesli, tea and coffee as well as freshly cooked eggs with vegetables. They even offered vegan options.
- The room was much smaller then described (approx 12qm instead of 30) and there was no AC, only a small fan which was tough at 35 degrees Celsius.

Have no complaints with my stay at Wilton lodge the host was fantastic always a treat to speak to , great location to go into the city or down the coast with great choice of restaurants in walking distance. The accommodation was great for what we needed we were put in a room with private parking and which allowed us to come and go as we please rooms were clean with everything you need , the TV could have had dstv but its a small thing to look over. great breakfast every morning and very affordable highly recommend this lodge.

The staff make every effort to provide for a pleasant stay, they were great with check in and check out. Breakfast is creative, well presented and tasty, with outside seating. The selection is small but good. It is between the areas where the shops and restaurants are, but still within comfortable walking distance.

Staff would start speaking loudly and dragging equipment at 7am, often shouting across the courtyard. This is unprofessional. They would continue to be loud all day until into the night, waking me up, keeping me awake and intruding into my relaxation and rest. This should be addressed by management.

The studio room I had was a little odd, as the toilet and shower are in an alcove right off the bedroom, but has no door for privacy. This can be a tad awkward. The bed was clean and comfortable, however. Walls seem paper thin, so noise from outside travels too well.

@Wilton Lodge you can be guaranteed to spend beautiful cape town sunny days with parrots screaming as if being killed, by the stunning clear blue pool there is a man playing terrible 80’s music loud enough so that he can hear it above his drilling and other power tools and come night time you dont need to go to Long Street just go to the backyard there is music pumping, screaming and shouting from large groups of people through the night. Yes this place is a lodge with so much more.
