By far the worst customer/service provider experience I have ever had. I won't go into detail on this platform, but suffice it to say that I was accosted and my personal safety threatened by apparent staff members/owners.

Steer clear of this seemingly inexpensive and rudimentary accommodation option.

Best backpackers I've seen. Definitely different from the rest, but eventually senior staff's rude attitude rubbs off on you and make you feel unwelcome. Pushing to leave early

This place was not nice.We were a bunch of females there were not allowed to make noise, jacuzzi was not in a working condition bt was not communicated when booking was made,parking space inside gate is limited and one things for sure I won't go back there.

I was there on Saturday (29/05/2021) and the place is nice. We couldn't sit at the lounge area at night because there were people in other rooms and One of the staff(a lady) was not so nice with us when she was approaching the matter. She even asked us to leave early in the morning and even called the police when we refused to leave but the police sorted the matter in a right way and we left at 10 am. When were leaving she refused to give us the damage deposit back as she was claiming that we were making noise. I don't understand how does the damage deposit interact with "noise". Is noise a damage?

I won't let this rest until we get our damage deposit back.

Booked in for 3 nights stayed 1. The room was not the biggest for 4 people. Noisy, smokers right outside our room. Our bathroom was not the best smelling one, as it smelt of urine. The shower head was leaking so the water didn't come out so well. Staff were very robotic and didn't really get the friendly welcoming vibe to the place. Like we were doing them a favor being there.

My friends and myself, checked in for the festive season. It's an amazing place to be but what makes it magical is the staff, always ready to assist. The only thing to not like is the consistent noise complaints before it was even midnight and during the festive season. Other than that it's worth every rand we paid.
