Lovely little beach with rocks that form small tidal pools - perfect for doggies (u0026 humans) to splash about in. It’s always clean u0026 the vibe is nice. After the sun sets, there’s a light that shines just above the beach so it stays well-lit.

Saunders is a vibe, yo! This tidal pool is freezing cold but full of fun. Because the tidal pool is quite small, there's no way you can't talk to the other people also in the pool so you'll always meet someone new and interesting. The whole area is pretty rocky so if the waves are intense, I don't recommend going in because you might get smashed up against a rock--the same goes for the area right outside of the tidal pool in the open ocean. I wouldn't recommend the open ocean side unless you're a pretty seasoned swimmer. But the tidal pool is super shallow and fun so if the weather and waves are cooperating, this is definitely the place to be for some fun in the Cape Town sun!

Another great place to go and watch the summer sunsets after a late afternoon cooling dip in the tidal pool.

It's a very nice sunset place you can drive there run there or take a dip would recommend for everyone!
