Shoprite - Kraaifontein

It was very bad. There are about 15 shoppers standing in a queue at all the tills. While there are about 4 or 5 tills unused. Even the express tills have long queues. The kiosk too, has a line of about 12 people waiting. The money market queue goes out the Shoprite front door. The shop itself is all good but definately needs more staff. With quick service being the biggest issue. Don't expect to leave the shop in under 20 min.

Shoprite doesn't have the best customer service staff and that's alright but based on several experiences at this Shoprite, the staff here takes it to an exceptional level... They are confident management won't do anything about it so...why not

Queues terrible, no packers. Is it just because of the area it's serving? We deserve good service everywhere. Fix please.

Too busy and congested. I did not feel safe. A lot of people loitering around.

Service was poor ..have to stand in a quee for more than a hour while there was an available till to serve customers..Managers have no people skills ..sort staff .don't care about customers
