Horak park is an open park. By this I mean that other parks are fenced in , a bench or two to rest on etc. Horak Park has also a thru road from vdMerwe to Horak streets. It means that it became a place for the public to wark thru every time day or night. No security guards. You dont want to leave your children unattended. Grass / lawn been cut not often enough but this parks general potential are very undervalued
