This is a review from an adult. Honestly I’m never booking this place again.
1. When we got there there was a door connecting to the other room like it’s a commune. it was unlocked. We saw some people’s bags and got really annoyed. Whatever noise they made we could hear it.
2. The windows couldn’t open. just imagine from Thursday to Sunday with windows that are not working. we couldn’t get fresh air. we’ve been breathing the same air we found there since we got there.
3. Whenever we used utensils or iron we were asked to put them in the corridor. Some people put the plates and cups there but none of the staff came to pick them up. it was near the lift from Friday until Sunday when we checked out.
4. please try to make better food! they eggs and bacon looked like they we boiled. the mushroom and spinach looks like it was steamed.
5. no matter how standard the room was, It shouldn’t look like you stopped construction to accommodate us. the room is half painted and it doesn’t even look nice at all. They are too small. No place to store the luggage
never again!

Great place the rooms are great but the windows don't open that's the only problem. The rooms are small but they look just like the pics so you truly get a great room. I would definitely stay there again. You need an extension cord because they don’t have a lot of power outlets in the rooms. And no safe ☹️
It’s more of a hip place than luxury. But the staff will make every effort to make sure stay there great.

I’d recommend this accommodation if you looking for a place to just sleep for a night or two at affordable rates.

I definitely wouldn’t suggest this for a longer stay as it doesn’t have the amenities like a Kettle, Mini Fridge or Coffee Machine.

The rooms consist of the bare basics such as Bed, TV, Bathroom with shower and Basin.

Pleasant surprise ... Jewel of a hotel, friendly staff and centrally located. Spent 6 nights for 2 Oceans Marathon. Comfortable, clean and exactly like the photos. Chef Ayanga made our morning with a friendly chat and biggest smile. Security always present and welcoming us home. Thank you to everyone.

We stayed for almost a week in Signature Lux hotel in a room with mountain views. They offer really nice coffee machine on every floor, and the breakfast is just lovely. The staff were helpful, we definitely recommend travelers to stay here during your visit in Cape Town.

Ended up here last night by accident after the hotel on the other side tried to overcharge us. We were received by a lovely gentleman at the reception who was very accommodating even though it must have been around midnight when we got in. He swiftly organised two rooms, explained the parking situation and told us where to find food in Cape Town at midnight on a Tuesday. Absolute gem. Breakfast buffet is ace. Room and linen were spotless. About the few negatives I’ve seen on other reviews: rooms do have safes, rather large ones even and easy to operate. Windows might not open but we had a large terrace at the end of the corridor that was available to anyone, also no coffee facilities in the room but a fancy Jura coffee machine in the hallway. If I had to give some feedback it would be that I found the toilets a little awkward (no real door but one of those glazed glass situations - I know it looks good and is modern but find them a little odd), some of the funky decor could use a lick of paint/new fabric. I’d absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

From my initial correspondence with reservations I received amazing prompt service.
I had a few requests that I hoped could be sorted prior to my arrival, Thando from reservations was extremely helpful and went over and above the call of duty to assist me. Thank you for arranging the Birthday Cake, and making sure to check the time we came down for breakfast. Your team was amazing at breakfast especially singing which added that extra special touch.
To the very helpful receptionist who assisted with finding my wallet in my room after I thought I had lost it, your prompt call back advising me that you had found my wallet was exceptional service.
Thank you Signiture Lux by Onomo for the personal service received, I will definitely be recommending your perfectly located Hotel and super amazing service. WELL DONE ????
