Enjoyed a lovely tom yum ramen at Simply Asia. Cosy little restaurant, food was on point. Service was a little slow but the food was great.

Ordered food for 3 people via popular delivery app at 18:44. At 20:19 the restaurant canceled the order. Called the restaurant and a lady told me that she would check and call me back. She didn't...
You lost a weekly customer

update: after talking with their management they explain to me what happened. There was/is a problem with Mr D and the way they deal with restaurants when the food is not ready on time.
Anyway I really appreciated Simply Asia customer care. I will eventually give them another try.

Nice clean u0026 open restaurant. Massive menu. Plenty of available parking. Food was authentic and the spiciness was as described ????

We eat at this restaurant every week and can see how the service and food is deteriorating every week. The waiter orders the wrong food, we waited two hours for our sushi, only 1 sushi chef and our salmon sashimi was still frozen. The manager looks at you as if you are speaking in a foreign language. Such a pity to have such bad experience at a restaurant we loved. Will not visit again for a very long time. Hopefully they can pickup the service and quality again.

Sitting in the restaurant for 1 x take away fried rice and the staff keeps shouting and singing. So after i waited 30 min I turn around and see them dancing in the kitchen. Clearly not caring about my order. Deeply hoping theiring singing over my food does not cause them spitting in my food.

There was one inexperienced waiter on Wednesday 29 June. He was lost and nobody else to help him. There was a request for mineral water which never appeared. He simply couldn't manage on his own. He dropped a plate and seemed flustered. It didn't look as if there was anybody in charge to assist. Parking is also a problem. This was our last time at Simply Asia in Durbanville.

7 phone calls before phone is answered. Then took 40 minutes for an order that was told would take 20. Woman taking order then outright lies and says she didn’t say 20 minutes. Be prepared to wait the longest you’ve ever waited for simply Asia at this branch.
