I needed pics for the renewal of my driver's license and I had no idea where to go in Durbanville. A Google search suggested Superfoto and I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff and the fast service.

Not ok. They did not clarify with me whether I wanted black u0026 white or colour. I asked for passport photos ( which are always colour ) for my driver's license u0026 they just printed Bu0026W which i only realised when i got to traffic department. Only ok for driver's license, nothing else. A waste of money as now I can throw the other photos away instead of being able to use them for visa applications etc.

I had to get ID photos taken at opening time and both employees were late, we had to stand outside for ages. The lady helping us printed the wrong photos and I had to pay 80 bucks for 4 of them. The employees were sloppy and the service was disappointing. Definitely not going back.

Went to have my ID photo taken only to find out is is 14 times (R70 vs R5) cheaper if I had brought my own photo. I asked why it was so expensive when I arrived and no other options were even mentioned.

Had a passport photo taken there 2 weeks ago, just tried to do online passport application and turns out the photos resolution is too low. Not happy.
