One of the best dentists I've been to. He was very gentle and professional. I needed to have a root canal and was very nervous but Dr. Steyn was able to calm my nerves. The waiting room is well decorated and makes it feel like home

I had a dental emergency on a Saturday and didn’t know where to resort to. I browsed the net looking for help and, luckily, I stumbled upon Dr. Steyn who lists his mobile number on his website for emergencies. I was shockingly surprised when this dentist not only answered his phone but he actually took his time to listen to me. He then contacted my pharmacy of choice for a prescription of much needed antibiotics and gave me an appointment 1st thing Monday morning. At that point, I must admit that I was very curious to meet this man and kept my fingers crossed hoping he would be the kind of doctor that I expect.

My dental visit to him was nothing short of awesome. He answered all my questions, clearly explaining all options and associated costs. Dr. Steyn is patient, honest, compassionate and super kind. He certainly has a patient’s best interest at heart. I might have well gone blindfolded to visit him. He raises the bar in his field and his after hour services are top notch.

I would reccomend Dr. Steyn to anyone!!!
I went there for the second time today and received excellent service from the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out. Dr. Steyn and Nicolene really has a way to calm you down (maybe not intentionally, but the normal things they talk about, without being unprofessional, makes you feel part of a conversation between friends and laughing helps to keep your mouth open).
I had to have a root canal. Didn't feel a thing! Not even when he had to inject my mouth to start the procedure.

I am really impressed and my experience there changes all my negative perceptions around going to a dentist.

Dr is a very friendly man. He can explain the procedure in detail. He will go out of his way to make you feel at home. He is very busy and you have to wait at least 2 weeks for a appointment. He stays up to date with new technology. He is a bit expensive

Great dentist, no pain and great results. The staff are also excellent and in a very homely atmosphere.

For someone with a HUGE fear of dentists...this experience at Dr Steyn with awesome staff was easy and comfortable to deal with.
