Very pleasant and relaxed environment. Thelma was my stylist. Very competent with colour and cut. Prices compare really well with other salons. This is my 3rd visit and will go again!

I'd give a 10 star review if I could! Megan did my hair and the service in the salon is absolutely incredible! everyone is also incredibly nice and Megan took the condition of my hair into account very thouroughly, and I have literally zero damage from my brunette journey to dark blonde with highlights ☺️❤️she did a wonderful job and I couldn't be more happy???? the break my blonde products are also incredible. would highly recommend this place to anyone

Visited the Thairapy salon on the 19th of March 2022, and very sorry to leave my review here but I feel, that clients should know especially blonde clients that I would not recommend this hair salon for any blonde color, especially foils. My hair has been messed up completely by the elderly lady, Thelma's mother. I am sure Thelma is a great stylist but would never recommend her mother to anyone, I am very unhappy with how my hair turned out after asking for a full head of highlights, surely if you are a professional stylist and unsure whether you'd be able to do the job properly rather inform the client before hand. Unfortunately I had a botched job done and had to, on very last minute find someone else to correct my hair, after Thelma offered to fix the mess, I got cancled on again, but at least got refunded. Sorry Thelma but this was very unprofessional. Unfortunately I can not recommend your service, however you seem like a very professional hairstylist and I really had my hopes up high.

I had my hair cut, my stylist listened to me and treated my hair with a mint mask after I told her that my scalp was sensitive. It really helped and soothed my scalp beautifully. My hair is very thin and easily pulled but it wasn't pulled at all here. I am very happy with the way my hair was cut, it feels very light. My hair feels so healthy.
