Firstly when I called we had not booked the room yet so it could not have been pending, look at the time stamp of the call and when the room was booked for. secondly nobody said to refer to him as sir and dont assume that cause you made friends with your current guests that any new guest would be your friend especially after treating them like you did and if you treat your "friends" the way you did us then you clearly dont have much friends. secondly the room was clean after we left cause I had to clean the toilet myself before I could let my 3 year old son use it, so you are welcome. Before you think up more lies or stories do your research and also you say you didnt know his surname, is this not something you would check before approaching someone. Clearly you have alot to work on and in these times if I were you I would make it a priority to do so.

Over all stay was nice.... But our TV was not working half of the night.... I even went to the lady on duty first thing in the morning but no1 came to assist us... We could not use the pool after 20h00 at night... As I am a smoker I could not go and smoke because the door was locked......

We stayed here a while ago. The service was not bad. But the accommodation was not as advertised. All the online complaints have not been fixed and the one room still couldn't lock. The parking is not safe at all. The area is kot the safest and parking on the street is not an option. The whole place also smells like smoke. The shower is a bath shower for most of the rooms. All in all it is not worth the price.

We had a wonderful time at the lodge in the honeymoon suite! The host was friendly and organised and the facilities beautiful. We will definitely go again as often as possible. thank you for a memorable night.

Bloody bad services ... I went to celebrate my birthday there and I couldn't even speak to my friends.. we cant enjoy the Jacuzzi like advertised .. on top of it all im accused of stealing a bloody charger .. ill never use the lodge for any bookings ever again .. the staff is plain rude like I said and the owner !! Never again !!! Never over my dead body again .. im very unhappy ...

Always full, even though booking.com said there are rooms available. Place seems like a front to something else

The personnel are friendly and helpful. Room is well organised and really pleasant.
