The best massage of my life. Going to have to add this to my monthly budget, I’m hooked!

We got there early so decided to have a drink, the leopard bar was full, so they seated us in the conservatory which was quieter, private with some epic views. Team were super attentive and friendly.

Amazing amazing amazing. World class customer service. My husband booked a high tea for us for my birthday and wow nothing is going to come close to comparing. Every staff member was genuinely friendly and welcoming, we were early for our booking however we were not made to feel guilty about it, we were immediately shown to a table and offered something to drink to get us comfortable. The food was out of this world, could not recommend 12A enough!! Will definitely be back! ????????

I had my birthday breakfast here. The service, attention to detail, the food was impeccable. The waitress who served us was just incredible, Polite, didn't bug you, refreshed our drinks at the right moment. She definitely deserves a raise. Her name was Amy-lee. Will definitely recommend everyone to give this place a visit. Cause WOW!

Was recently here briefly to visit my aunt who was staying there for business. The staff are incredible, very professional and friendly. The space itself is immaculate, and much bigger than it looks from outside. There is a parking garage in front of the hotel for guests with cars, and they even have a helicopter pad for people flying in. I can imagine going here for a relaxing holiday must be such a wonderful experience. The gardens around the hotel are beautifully kept, and you are constantly surrounded by ocean and mountain views wherever you go.

We had the best stay at 12 apostles! We we’re not intending to go to capetown but had to go because of flight issues and our only complaint is we didn’t get more time here.

Excellent sushi and cocktails, amazing views and the staff were all so lovely and accommodating. We want to come back just to visit this property again. The breakfast spread was unreal and such amazing ocean views. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it was beautiful to look at.

Our drivers to the airport were great — the check in staff was as well. They helped us with everything including exchanging currency.

Could not say enough great things. Thank you all!

Beautiful location. Attention to detail is lacking.. dirty plates and glasses lying around and not cleared . The hotel looks tired. Staff need to pay a little more attention to asking customers if they want more beverages..charging R46 for a bottle of water and only getting two glasses is a rip off. Not 5 star quality I'm afraid.. but has great potential to be fantastic

Enjoyed a week there in May. A nice quiet place out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Staff was exceptional. The Concierge staff (all three of them) were so helpful dealing with a bag trapped at customs and securing a covid test to exit the country on a Sunday morning after a surprise + result on Saturday evening. The food was excellent. We also enjoyed a spa day. The hotel is a converted house so a cosy but very nice place. Thanks again to all the staff!!
